Obstructive lung disease characterized by episodic wheezing, dyspnea, and cough, that is reversible with bronchodilators. Decreased FEV1, FEV1/FVC, increased TLC, RV, normal DLCO. FEV1 improved >12% and >200 mL with bronchodilators. Typically diagnosed in early childhood to adolescence.
