Bone scan shows punched out lesions. Hyperviscosity syndrome when there is monoclonal IgM, this leads to impaired platelet function and epistaxis/gingival bleeding (overall more common in Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia). β2 microglobulin is a prognostic marker.
