- Group 1: (Primary) Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension--connective tissue disease, autoimmune, idiopathic, drugs/toxins
- Pre-capillary: PCWP is normal (<15), PAP is elevated (>20), and PVR is elevated (>2).
- Group 2: Cardiac (HFrEF, Valvular)
- Post-capillary: PCWP is elevated (>15), PAP is elevated (>20), and PVR is normal (<2).
- Group 3: Pulmonary (OSA, OHS, COPD, ILD)
- Group 4: Chronic Thrombo Embolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH)
- Group 5: Misc. (Sarcoid, Anemia)
