LR+ = probability of patient with disease testing positive (TP) divided by probability of patient without disease testing positive (FP).
LR+ = TP / FP
LR+ = sensitivity / 1-specificity
Multiple Linear regression is used to compare a quantitative dependent variable with 2+ independent variables that can be either quantitative or qualitative.
Multiple Logistic regression is used when the dependent variable is dichotomous and there are multiple independent variables.
