- Heat before. Ice after.
- Varus = bow-legged; VaLgus = push on knee from Lareral side.
- Lateral motion at 30 degrees flexion isolates the MCL ligament by making the PCL slack.
- Sound side sags, with a Trendelenberg gait.
- Adductor canal nerve block (saphenous nerve) does not cover the posterior portion of the knee. So an injection in the posteromedial knee during arthroscopy can cover the tibial nerve and provide pain control for the posterior knee.
